Noëlla Cotnam has a reputation for making beautiful signs, being a part of Letterhead and Walldog events and a willingness to share her experience, skills and ideas. Her shop, Sign-It Signs & Designs, came to be in 1981 with co-owner Nancy Beaudette and was first featured in SignCraft in 1991. By 1999 they had moved into a larger shop and the staff was growing.

From their rural Canadian location, they built a reputation for unique signs for the many family farms in their area and beyond. When the Internet came along, they got the www.farmsigns.com domain and used it to market their work more aggressively.

In 2008, Nancy eventually moved on to pursue a career as a songwriter and performer. Noëlla continued making signs and Nancy still helps out occasionally. For about 10 busy years, Noëlla and her staff turned out a steady stream of creative 3D signs.
