The sign designer controls what gets read—and when

It’s true: a picture—or a simple graphic—is worth 1,000 words. This Instagram post is a great example that carries a powerful message for sign customers. It’s not about the words. It’s all about the layout of those words and graphics on their sign.
It was captioned simply, “Graphic design has rules, and they work.”
Lane Walker, Solo Signs, Reno, Nevada, sent the post to SignCraft after he came across it on Instagram. It appears to have been originally posted by Daniil Birsan, @daniilbirsan. It very quickly drives home the point about effective graphic design being guided by proven principles.
